Times:
One round...storm thru for time:
- Bridger CrossFit Showdown: Saturday, August 27th, Bozeman. Check it out.
Times:
- 8:30am (general)
- Row 500m or bike 0.5mile as soon as you walk in the door.
- Continue warming up on your own until the coach begins the session.
- DS/BM
- Wrists
- P/S/P
- Cobra
- Scorpion
- Achilles
- Hill run! (no time limit...just get to the top and back)
- Ball slam
- Spend 15 minutes working on the weightlifting technique of your choice.
One round...storm thru for time:
- Do 100 burpees. Stop every minute and do 5 ball slams.
- Ball should go above head. Catch it before it hits the ground after the bounce or else it don't count!
- Don't forget to have fun.
