Outstanding effort by the ONDEG contingent as they represented our gym at the Bridger CrossFit Showdown! Lisa brought home first in intermediates, Troy second in intermediates and Paul third in elites. Lisa also was presented with the "Spirit of the Games" award for her outstanding effort and tenacity in the final event. Which, by the way, was an excellent way to end the competition. Much strategizing and stressing for that Bear Complex! Wow...what a great finish. Well done Bridger CrossFit.
