  • Row 500m or bike 0.5mile as soon as you walk in the door
  • Continue warming up on your own until the coach begins the session

  • Med ball clean instruction
  • Walking lunge, box jump, walking lunge, med ball clean for five minutes.

As many rounds as time allows:
  • Bike for max distance in one minute, then run one lap around the school property then row for max calories in one minute.
