Warm-up:
  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

  • Hollow rock to Superman (don't let your extremities touch the ground).
  • 3x10:
    • Squat
    • Push-up
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Squats of all kinds!
  • Thruster
Strength:
Pick your squat...high or low bar back squat, front squat, overhead squat.
  • ...Starting Strength warm-ups and work sets.
or
  • 5x3 after warm-up sets.
Stamina:
Two rounds.  Two minutes each movement, no rest (except during rest station):
  • Row
  • Thruster (45# max)
  • Bike
  • Walking lunges
  • Rest
Stretch / Mobility:
  • Squat / hip
