  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Power clean
Strength:

  • Power clean, work to 3RM, 15 minutes.
  • Each set of three should be consecutive.  Touch and go...no pause between reps.
Stamina I:
Five rounds, each for time.  Recover between rounds.
  • Row 100m
  • Do as many burpees as the number of seconds you took to row.
  • Record total time.
Stamina II:
Five rounds, each for time.  Recover between rounds.
  • Ride 0.1mile
  • Do as many burpees as the number of seconds you took to ride.
  • Record total time.
Stretch / Mobility
