Times:
  • 6:00am - Coach:  Paul

Warm-up:
  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.
  • DS/BM
  • Wrists
  • P/S/P/C
  • Achilles
  • Shoulders
  • GM
  • Hollow hold to Superman (20 transitions)
  • Isometric body tension (partner)
  • Three minutes, alternating 10 and 10:
    • Squats / push-ups
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Clean
Strength:
  • Clean:  1RM in 10 minutes
Stamina:
  • Row 4000m (Increase damper setting from 1 to 10 every 200 meters then back down to 1.)
  • Finish with a run around the school property.
