Back in the saddle...things are busy with lots of projects and miscellaneous life hassles, so the last two weeks have been "unknown and unknowable" as far as training goes. Thanks for all your patience and assistance!
Times:
Two minutes max burpees.
Then two minute continuous rounds each, no rest:
Times:
- 6:00am - Coach: Tracy
- 8:30am - Coach: Tracy
- 6:00pm - Coach: Tracy
- Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
- Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

- Wrists
- P/S/P/C
- Achilles
- Shoulders
- GM
- 3x10:
- Squat
- Body row
- Inch worm (achieve plank position 10x)
- Clean and Jerk
- Clean and Jerk, work on technique with no more than 50-75% of 1RM, 15 minutes

- Ball slam x8
- SB or WB GTO x6
- SDHP
- MB clean x4
- Shoot thru (no push or dip) x4
- Lunge x2 lengths
- Metronome box jump x2
- Row or bike max distance in two minutes
