Back in the
saddle...but not for very long! I knew what today's training was gonna be but fell asleep before posting it. So, here it is...

- Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
- Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

- Achilles
- Shoulders
- GM
- KB movements
- Deadlift
- Warm up by reviewing your deadlift technique and working up to 65%-75% 1RM.
Four rounds
- Run x1200m
- Deadlift x5 (65-75% 1RM)
- Box jump x10 (high!)
