Back in the saddle...but not for very long!  I knew what today's training was gonna be but fell asleep before posting it.  So, here it is...

Times:
  • 6:00am - Coach:  Paul
  • 8:30am - Coach:  Lisa
  • 6:00pm - Coach:  Lisa
Warm-up:
  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.
  • DS/BM
  • Wrists
  • P/S/P/C
  • Achilles
  • Shoulders
  • GM
  • KB movements
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Deadlift
    • Warm up by reviewing your deadlift technique and working up to 65%-75% 1RM.
Stamina:
Four rounds
  • Run x1200m
  • Deadlift x5 (65-75% 1RM)
  • Box jump x10 (high!)
Stretch / Mobility
