Where o' where have the posts gone? Why haven't we seen what we will be doing on a daily basis? Well, quite simply, there's not enough hours in the day to get all my domestication completed and then sit down to enlighten you to the daily sufferance. Some of you have made it QUITE CLEAR that you miss seeing what is in store for you. So, I will relent a few minutes daily to bring you the next day's training from here on. Rest assured, your coaches have been meeting on a weekly basis and conjuring up plenty of heinous activity for your strength and conditioning pleasure. So there.

- Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
- Keep moving until the coach begins the session.
