When you are home alone (and you are not participating in a meat/veggie/water 10 day challenge) is it ok to drink wine straight from the bottle?

Prep:
  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

  • 2x10:
    • Pull-up
    • Push-up
    • Sit-up
    • Squat
    • Superman
  • Tabata:  squats
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • OHS
Strength:
  • OHS 5x3
Stamina:
Continuous rounds, no rest, 20 minutes:
  • Pull-up x5
  • Push-up x5 (hand-release and clap)
  • KBS x15
  • Roll-up to inch-worm (with added hand-release push-up)
