  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Turkish git-up
Strength:
Turkish git-up.  Warm up with lighter weights, refine technique.  Then, with a heavy weight or odd object:
  • One (each side)
  • Two (each side)
  • Three (each side)
  • Two (each side)
  • One (each side)
Try a "bottoms-up" KB git-up.  But don't crush your face.

50-40-30-20-10 of each:
  • DU
  • Sit-up
Stretch / Mobility
