It's time to lighten the load. You'll know what that means when you get to the garage.

- Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
- Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

- KB circuit, family style
- As needed
- 15 minutes to get as much weight as possible from ground to overhead.
- 15 minutes to get as much distance as possible
- Ride
- Row
- Run
- Rope (singles or doubles)
