It's time to lighten the load.  You'll know what that means when you get to the garage.

Times:

Prep:
  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

  • Squat x5minutes
  • Achilles
  • Leg swing
  • Shoulders
  • GM
  • 2x10:
    • GHD sit-up
    • Ring push-up
    • Weighted GM
    • Pull-up
    • Lunge
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Weighted GM
  • Shoot thru
Strength:
  • Front squat 8-6-4-2-1
Stamina:
Continuous rounds, three minutes each couplet, five reps each movement, thirty second transition time:
  • Ball slam
  • Box jump
  • Shoot thru (no push or dip)
  • SDHP
  • Man-maker
  • GHR
  • Seated twist
  • Body row
  • KTE
  • Incline DB bench
