Thursday Reminders...

Training available tonight at 6pm...Lis is leading the sufferance.  M.U.D. (make up day) so it's your chance to get caught up on the training you've missed this week, do what the coach recommends, or make up your own strength/stamina/sufferance session.

Nutrition discussion this evening at 7pm...Lis and Tracy presenting more of the "paleo" concept.  Bring your questions and suggestions.
