Times:
  • 6:00am - Coach:  Paul

Prep:
  • Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
    • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

  • Leg swing
  • Shoulders (with bands)
  • GM
  • 2x10:
    • Push-up
    • Pull-up
    • Squat
    • Sit-up
    • Superman
  • DU x50 (if you plan on competing, this is a critical skill)
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Deadlift
Test:
  • Row 500m
Strength:
Thirty minute deadlift challenge.
  • Deadlift 315#/185# as many times as you can in 30 minutes.
  • Scale as necessary and for God's sake...don't lift heavy stuff with bad technique...especially for 30 minutes!
  • Recommended scaling is 70% of your 1RM.
Stamina:
  • See above.
Stretch / Mobility
