Times:
Thirty minute deadlift challenge.
- 6:00am - Coach: Paul
- 8:30am - Coach: Paul
- 6:00pm - Coach: Paul
- Row 500m or ride 0.5 mile.
- Keep moving until the coach begins the session.
- DS/BM
- Wrists
- P/S/P/C
- Achilles
- Leg swing
- Shoulders (with bands)
- GM
- 2x10:
- Push-up
- Pull-up
- Squat
- Sit-up
- Superman
- DU x50 (if you plan on competing, this is a critical skill)
- Deadlift
- Row 500m
Thirty minute deadlift challenge.
- Deadlift 315#/185# as many times as you can in 30 minutes.
- Scale as necessary and for God's sake...don't lift heavy stuff with bad technique...especially for 30 minutes!
- Recommended scaling is 70% of your 1RM.
