Find your one rep max (1RM) on each lift (in the following order). Three attempts only. Perform adequate warm-ups then get under the bar and give 'er hell.

- Keep moving until the coach begins the session.

- Scorpion
- Windmill
- Achilles/Leg swing
- Shoulders (PVC or bands)
- GM (stretch)
- Med ball burpees (group)
- Med ball clean (review as group)
- Squat
- Press
- Deadlift
