Times:
6:00am - Coach:  Paul

Prep:
Elevate your heart rate and body temperature!
  • Row, ride, run or rope.
  • Keep moving until the coach begins the session.
  • DS/BM
  • Wrists
  • P/S/P/C
  • Scorpion
  • Windmill
  • Achilles/Leg swing
  • Shoulders (PVC or bands)
  • GM (stretch)
  • Med ball burpees (group)
  • Med ball clean (review as group)
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Squat
  • Press
  • Deadlift
Strength:

Find your one rep max (1RM) on each lift (in the following order).  Three attempts only.  Perform adequate warm-ups then get under the bar and give 'er hell.
  • Squat
  • Press
  • Deadlift
Test:
  • Row 250m for time
Stamina:
  • Burpee x100
