Have You Figured It Out Yet?
Why are you here? What are you punishing yourself for? Do you have a reason?
There's really only one reason why people do what they do. People do what they do (or don't do) because the pain of not doing is greater than the pain of doing. Same can be said for not doing. If it is less painful to you not doing something, and consequently not reaping the benefits of doing, then you simply won't do. Get it?
So you should really have a reason. What kind of pain will you suffer if you don't train ("workout")? If there's no reason to do what we do in the gym...why the hell are you doing it?
Bottom line: do you want to change? Get stronger? More stamina? Do more work faster? Get leaner? More confidence? If you would rather say "I'm glad I did", rather than "I wish I had", then deal with the pain of doing. Or deal with the pain of regret for not doing what you could have done and gotten the results you wanted. Are you getting the picture? You're gonna have pain either way...pain of accomplishment or pain of regret. You choose.
Don't want results? That's ok. There's plenty of "exercise / fitness" programs that make you feel good without actually producing results. Good luck with them. But please don't approach our training the same way...you are expected to produce effort and results when training at ONDEG.
