  • Tabata squat (count reps in each round...lowest round is your score.  Hold bottom position during rest)

  • CrossFit:  constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.
  • Benefits of HIIT.
Test:
  • Tabata squat
Strength:

  • Press 7x1 (seven times at your most recent 1RM)
Stamina:
Five rounds, 30 seconds each station:
  • KTE
  • GHR
  • Slam ball
  • GTOHA sandbag
  • Mountain hopper
  • KB swing
Mobility/Stretch:
  • Shoulders
