  • Squat 5 minutes
  • Two sets:
    • GHR x10
    • Ring row x10
    • Shoot thru x3
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Why we stretch the way we do.

Test:
  • Box jump
Strength:
  • Back squat 5x10 (increase weight 4 times and complete all sets as fast as possible)
Stamina:
Five rounds, rest three minutes after each round:
  • Run 300m
  • Thruster (DB) x20
  • DU x100
Mobility/Stretch:
  • Hamstrings
Study as much as you sweat:
