Times:
6am, 8:30am, 6pm (Coach:  Tracy)

Prep:

  • Burpee med ball
Review:
  • Clean and Jerk
Test:
  • Airdyne:  1 mile for time (if you didn't do it yesterday)
Strength:
  • Clean and Jerk, 5x3
Stamina:
One round for time...sprint!
  • Row 2000m, then one lap each:
    • DB roll (45#)
    • Jumping slam ball
    • Inchworm with roll-up
  • Then, Ride 1.0 mile
