- Clean and Jerk
- Airdyne: 1 mile for time (if you didn't do it yesterday)
- Clean and Jerk, 5x3
One round for time...sprint!
- Row 2000m, then one lap each:
- DB roll (45#)
- Jumping slam ball
- Inchworm with roll-up
- Then, Ride 1.0 mile
