Starting Strength books are in! If you haven't received yours, talk with Tracy. If you want one, go to www.aasgaardco.com and order it. We'll be starting the "Triple S" book club on Thursday, February 9th, at 7:30pm. Read as much of the book as you can before then...we'll start at the beginning.

- Establish starting position. Check the back angle with PVC...keep it the same until mid thigh, back angle starts to change, then JUMP!
- Plank fun with a band
- Tabata: Zero height jump
- Cross-overs
- DU x250, for time
20 Minutes, continuous rounds:
- Slam ball x1
- KB swing x2
- KTE x3
- Cross-over x4
Mobility:
- Add one to each movement in each subsequent round.
- Glutes and hams
- There's lots of opinions about CrossFit, and here's just one of them.
- "All you need is a body built for discipline and a mind that can justify so much apparent self-abuse."
- Regardless of what you read about "fitness", one fact remains: strength is paramount...it must be considered before all other factors. If you don't agree, tell me why.
